I went back to ask for the silver cover, and the customer support was amazing! They offered me a free wash again, and then even gave me a voucher for another free wash. As for the silver ac cover, they are reimbursing me in full for it. Although my first time here wasn’t the greatest, they’ve been able to turn it around 100% and now I’m a happy customer! Will return :) ———————————————— Extremely disappointing experience.Took my car in here yesterday for a express detail for $99. I was in a rush and car looked clean so left all good , got home and noticed the the Silver cover on the air con disappear and there are new stains on the seat which was no obvious stains on it. Besides, they said only can pay by cash or transfer yesterday. They didn’t give me receipt after I pay cash. No receipt is difficult for me to Argue with them. My first try with magic carwash because good reviews on google. Really disappointed. Will definitely not recommend.

Excellent service had my car washed and detailed this morning and when it was ready to pick up, I was extremely satisfied with the finished job and how good the car looked. Have been going to this car wash for a while now and always am happy and impressed with the quality of work

Great service, friendly crew and extremely hard working. Even in the scorching heat they work their socks off to get my cars looking pristine. I have a car that goes on display at several events and they look after it with great care and attention. Thanks to the whole team.
